Qingdao Hicorp Group Held the 2020 Annual Summary & Commendation Conference
Qingdao Hicorp Group Held the 2020 annual summary and commendation conference at multi-functional hall at 9:00 a.m on February 7, 2021.
The conference opened in the dance program “Flourishing Flowers”, and President Guan Yangchun made an important speech. He first released the 2020 Hicorp Profit List , ranking the main sectors as per the profit of main business. Hicorp Heavy Industry ranked first for its profits, followed by Hicorp Textile Machinery, Qingdao Putian, and Shaanxi Putian.
In his speech, the President pointed out that 2020 is a year of innovation for solid foundation. He fully affirmed the achievements of all cadres and employees in the past year, expressed his gratitude for everyone's efforts, and gave a briefing explanation for the listing work. The President stressed that we will unswervingly promote the listing work and believe that listing will be more conducive to the future development of Hicorp Group.
The President deployed all work in the year of 2021, emphasized the importance of “Three Strategies”---“All staff innovation, all staff learning, and all staff qualification”, looking at the present from the perspective of the future, to gather strengthen and stride forward to realize the vision of “Leading the industry, and creating a centennial Hicorp”. He also pointed out that in view of the current development momentum, we firmly believed that all branch companies would surpass the past in 2021 and pay tribute to the 55th anniversary of the establishment with better performance.
Praise the advanced and carry forward the positive energy. During the meeting, we held the commendation ceremony for “Advanced Individuals”, “Advanced Collectives”, “ Annual Model”, “Advanced Workers”, “Excellent Department”, “Excellent Teams”, “Innovative Advanced Workshops” in the year of 2020. The top managements of Hicorp awarded them honorary certificates and medals respectively.
In the award ceremony, various wonderful performances were also played. The five young people presented "Medley", the beautiful dance of the girls in Hanfu, the humorous "three sentences and a half", and the passionate singing constantly pushed the scene atmosphere to the climax. Poetry recitation "pay homage to 2020, make changes in 2021", we reviewed the year in 2020, and made a prospect for 2021, to encourage everyone to take the initiative to change, innovate and achieve better performances.
At the same time, the song "at the moment", interspersed with the development of Hicorp, pushed the whole conference to a climax. Colleagues who were at customers’ site installation in foreign countries sent their new year wishes in the form of video, making everyone feel the Hicorp family culture of "one family, one mind, one goal together".
Finally, with the chorus of "We are one family deeply attached to each other", the 2020 annual summary and commendation meeting of Qingdao Hicorp Group was successfully concluded.
2021 is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the first year of the 14th five year plan. It is also the 55th anniversary of the founding of Qingdao Hicorp Group. Hicorp people will continue to uphold the core value concept of "focusing on customers, leading the industry by innovation", comprehensively implement the strategy of "all staff innovation, all staff learning, all staff qualification", innovate to build a solid foundation, seek change , integrate into the new era and open a new era, show new achievements, help the sustainable development of made in China, promote the digital transformation to a new level, and strive towards the vision of " Leading the industry, and creating a centennial Hicorp”.
