                     Improving Work by Learning, Building a Professional Sales Team
                      ----Hicorp Training Center Organized 2020 Special Training on Mid-Autumn

In order to improve the comprehensive quality of marketing personnel, strengthen team building and professional ability, build a professional sales team, the Hicorp Training Center held the training activities at multi-functional hall at 8:30 a.m. on October 7, 2020 , and all the marketing personnel from all branch companies attended the training.
                                              
The training includes five aspects. Firstly, General Manager Zhang Jinjuan shared his marketing experiences in the first lesson. He had accumulated rich marketing experiences in work, took the theme of “Being Ardent on Selling”. He shared his understanding on marketing by detailed cases, and focused on the quality and ability of the marketing personnel with simple language. It has been highly praised by the trainees for his systematic explanation and practical content.
                                              
The second lesson was hosted by legal consultant Lv Hualong, focusing on the promulgation of the Civil Code, combined with the basic principles and requirements of the Civil Code and the changes of the rules of the sales contract, Mr. Lv made a systematic and detailed explanation. The Civil Code involves in many aspects of life and will be implemented in January 2021. All marketing personnel should learn the Civil Code to avoid risk.
                                              
Afterwards, the Management Director Duan Jing organized the stipulation and process training , combined with the related management rules. Everyone learned the process and stipulations, working as per rules, and laid a solid foundation for the marketing team of “three characters”.
                                              
At the same time, focusing on the needs of marketing personnel, there was also training of Chinese Traditional Medicine and Healthcare, we invited the Professor Xu Jing of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to give lectures on health knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine around the characteristics of marketing personnel. Through the promotion of daily health care awareness and the cultivation of health habits, everyone could be guided to establish a healthy lifestyle and enjoy a healthy and happy life.

In order to strengthen team building and improve team cohesion, after intensive training and examination, Hicorp Training Center also organized team building development activities. Through the activities of "Survival on an Isolated Island", we all deeply understood the strength of the team and the role of cooperation, trusted the team and united as one. In the process of facing the crisis and completing the task together, we realized the importance of team cooperation .
